Research on the Spiritual Motivations of Chinese National Community Identity
The continuous development of the Chinese nation throughout the ups and downs of history is attrib-uted to the community of destiny formed by the Chinese people.In particular,in the new era,strengthening Chi-nese national community consciousness has elevated the development of the entire nation-state to a higher level.The identity of the Chinese national community,as both the root and soul,continually consolidates the sense of uni-ty,recognition,and belonging among contemporary Chinese people.Starting from the perspective of the identity of the Chinese national community,and integrating Marxist methodology,this study explores the fivefold spiritual mo-tivations behind the people's recognition of the great motherland,the Chinese nation,the Chinese culture,the Communist Party of China,and socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.By fully understanding the inevitable development process,contemporary connotations,and significant implications of this identity recognition,which will undoubtedly have a positive impact on enhancing national identification,cohesion,centripetal force,in-novation and action.
