Screening Experiment of Control Agents for Rhombomys opimus in Artificial Haloxylon ammodendron Forests
In order to protect the ecological environment and reduce the harmful consequences of Rhombomys opimus to the Haloxylon ammodendron forest, four types of pesticides were selected and a screening experiment was conducted for the control of Rhombomys opimus.Through the experiment,it was concluded that 0.25 mg·kg-1 Triptolide granules had the best control effect, with a corrected hole killing rate of 78.20%;followed by 0.02%bromadiolone bait and 20.02%difen barium sulfate bait, with corrected hole killing rates of 69.54%and 65.48%,respectively;Lastly,the control effect of CO rodent control cigarette packs is not ideal comparatively, with a corrected hole killing rate of only 16.47%.Above all,The use of the biosource agent 0.25 mg·kg-1 of triptolide granules and 20.02%dipfen barium sulfate is recommended in production. These two agents not only have good prevention and control effect, but also Eco-friendly according to the current green prevention and control concept, which will not destroy the ecological balance and not easy to produce resistance.
