摘要
随着陇南市油橄榄产能的增加,废弃油橄榄果渣也逐步增多,而陇南市在油橄榄果渣的开发与利用现处于起步阶段,大部分油橄榄果渣被用作肥料或者废弃,利用率较低,不仅造成资源浪费,还引发环境污染问题.实现油橄榄果渣高值化综合开发利用是油橄榄产业可持续循环发展的重要保障之一.本文结合国内外油橄榄果渣综合开发利用的研究报道和陇南市油橄榄果渣产量,对油橄榄果渣利用现状、存在问题及应用前景进行了分析,旨在为油橄榄果渣的综合开发利用提供参考,助推油橄榄产业链的延长.
Abstract
With the increase in production capacity of olive in Longnan district,the amount of discarded olive pomace is gradually soaring.However,the development and utilization of olive pomace in Longnan City is still in its early stages.Most olive pomace is used as fertilizer or discarded,resulting in low resource utilization rates.It not only leads to the waste of a large amount of natural plant resources,but also causes environmental pollution problems.The comprehensive development and utilization of high-value olive pomace is one of the important guarantees for achieving sustainable circular development of the olive industry.This article combines research reports on the comprehensive development and utilization of olive pomace at home and abroad,as well as the yield and physicochemical indicators of olive pomace in Longnan district.It analyzes the current situation,existing problems,and application prospects of olive pomace utilization,aiming to provide reference for the comprehensive development and utilization of olive pomace and help promote the extension of the olive industry chain.
