为了筛选最适宜培育木荷幼苗生长的容器规格和基质配比,提高木荷容器苗壮苗培育技术水平,以木荷为材料,通过3种不同容器规格A1(4.5 cm × 10.0 cm)、A2(4.5 cm × 8.0 cm)、A3(3.5 cm×8.0 cm)及泥炭、珍珠岩、谷壳、黄土为基质材料的5种不同配比(B1~B5),研究其对木荷幼苗生长、生物量及根系形态的影响.结果表明,容器规格越大越有利于苗木生长、生物量积累以及根系各形态指标,其中A1规格处理的木荷容器苗地径与A2及A3规格相比分别提高9.95%、36.75%,总生物量分别提高23.63%、52.88%;基质组成中,适当增加泥炭土含量并添加缓释肥有利于幼苗的生长及根系发育,其中B2处理的苗高与B1、B3、B4、B5处理相比分别提高了 18.06%、59.75%、74.42%、109.93%;木荷容器苗苗高与总根长呈极显著正相关,地径与总根长、根体积、根平均直径呈极显著正相关.在今后木荷容器苗培育过程中,建议容器规格不小于4.5 cm×8.0 cm,基质组成中泥炭土含量不低于40%,可适当添加缓释肥.
The Influence of Container Specifications and Substrate Composition on the Growth and Root Morphology of Schima superba Seedlings
In order to select the best combination of container specifications and substrate compositions of Schima superba seedlings,improving the the level of seedling cultivation of S.superba.The effects of 3 different container sizes of A1(4.5 cm× 10.0 cm),A2(4.5 cm×8.0 cm),A3(3.5 cm×8.0 cm),and 5 ratios of peat,perlite,valley crust,and loess were studied.And five different ratios of peat,perlite,crust and loess as substrate materials(B1~B5)to study their effects on seedling growth,biomass and root morphology of S.superba seedlings.The research findings indicate that larger container specifications are more favorable for the growth,biomass accumulation,and various root morphology indicators of S.superba seedlings.Specifically,in the A1 container specification treatment,the stem diameter of the S.superba seedlings increased by 9.95%and 36.75%compared to A2 and A3 specifications,respectively.Additionally,the total biomass increased by 23.63%and 52.88%,respectively,in these treatments.In the substrate composition,increasing the proportion of peat and adding slow-release fertilizer appropriately benefits the growth and root development of seedlings.Specifically,in the B2 treatment,the seedling height increased by 18.06%,59.75%,74.42%,and 109.93%compared to treatments B1,B3,B4,and B5,respectively.The height of S.superba container seedlings shows a highly significant positive correlation with total root length.Additionally,stem diameter exhibits highly significant positive correlations with total root length,root volume,and average root diameter.For future cultivation of S.superba container seedlings,it is recommended to use containers with specifications not smaller than 4.5 cm × 8.0 cm.In the substrate composition,the peat content should be at least 40%,and it is advisable to incorporate slow-release fertilizer as needed.
