Study on Rodent Community Structure in the Liangucheng National Nature Reserve of Minqin,Gansu Province
In order to understand the community structure and diversity of rodents in Liangucheng National Nature Reserve of Minqin,Gansu Province, total 4 sample plots were set up according to different ecological types, including Shiyang River Forestry Farm,Xiaozidun Management Protection Site of Qinfeng Protection Station,Suwushan Management Protection Station and Nanhu Nature Protection Station.5 line transects were randomly set in each sample plot,a total of 20 were analyzed. The species and quantity of rodents were counted and analyzed by the method of trap day method, and the community structure and diversity of rodents were investigated. In the survey area, the dominant species of rodent community were Rhombomys opimus,Meriones meridianus and Dipus sagitta.Typically,Nanhu Nature Reserve had higher richness and diversity index than other three habitats. The results of cluster analysis and principal component analysis(PCA)indicated that there were mainly two rodent communities in the Liangucheng National Nature Reserve, one community was dominated by the R.opimus, the D.sagitta and the M.meridianus, the other community was dominated by the M.musculus and R.norvegicus.Therefore,it can be seen that the rodent community structure is complex and the diversity is relative high in Liangucheng National Nature Reserve of Minqin,Gansu Province.
