Analysis on the current situation and trends of seed production industry development in Zhangye
Crop seeds are the key to food security of China.As a strategic and fundamental core industry,the crop seed industry plays a very important role in promoting long-term stable and sustainable development of agriculture in China and ensuring national food security.Zhangye(Ganzhou,linze and Gaotai)is an important production base for characteristic seeds(such as corn,vegetables,wheat,melons and so on.)in China,and the seeds produced by Zhangye play a very important role in ensuring the safety of national food and seed industry of China.This article analyzes and explores the current development status,effectiveness,and existing problems of the seed production industry in Zhangye City,aiming to propose effective countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the healthy and sustainable development of the seed production industry in Zhangye City.
