In major grain producing areas agricultural total factor productivity about dynamic evaluation——Results of the GML index measurement based on the DEA method
The implementation of the rural vitalization strategy has put forward higher requirements for improving the efficiency of agricultural production and allocation.Based on the SBM-GML model,this paper selects the provincial panel data of the main grain producing areas from 2000 to 2021,and tries to calculate and discuss the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of agricultural total factor productivity by using the DEA method.The research shows that the agricultural total factor productivity in the major grain producing areas is on the rise,and the technological progress is the main contribution.The spatial and temporal evolution of agricultural total factor productivity in major grain producing areas has the characteristics of"mixed"and large volatility,and its change is closely related to climate change and agricultural policy.The conclusions of this paper are of reference significance for accurately assessing the level of agricultural production in major grain producing areas and realizing the goal of high-quality agricultural development and agricultural power.
