The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly states that"The most challenging and arduous tasks we face in building a modern socialist China in all respects remain in our rural areas"and it puts forward the general requirement of"developing rural characteristic industries and broadening channels for farmers to increase their income and become rich"in promoting the comprehensive process of rural revitalization.County economy is the basic unit of national economy,and industry is the vital force to promote the development of county economy.Huixian,as an agricultural county,should seize policy opportunities,give full play to its location advantages and mountain resources endowments,fully and faithfully apply the new development philosophy,optimize industrial layout,and vigorously develop rich people's industries with regional characteristics and core competitiveness,laying a solid agricultural foundation for high-quality development.
