摘要
数字化作为乡村文化振兴的载体与渠道,对提升乡村文化传播与发展具有极为重要的现实意义,更关系着乡村振兴战略的顺利推进.数字化建设关乎乡村文化振兴的发展、乡村文化地位的提升以及乡村精神文明的建设.然而,乡村文化在面临巨大发展需求的同时,却存在着数字人才短缺、乡村文化数据安全性较差、相关法制体系不完善等困境.基于此,乡村文化数字化发展应当在数字基础设施建设的基础上,利用多种渠道,完善文化数字化发展机制,实现文化振兴.
Abstract
Digitalization,as a carrier and channel for rural cultural revitalization,has extremely important practical significance for enhancing the dissemination and development of rural culture,and is also related to the smooth promotion of rural revitalization strategies.Digital construction is related to the development of rural cultural revitalization,the improvement of rural cultural status,and the construction of rural spiritual civilization.However,while rural culture faces enormous development needs,there are a series of difficulties such as a shortage of digital talents,poor data security in rural culture,and incomplete legal systems.Based on this,the digital development of rural culture should be based on the construction of digital infrastructure,utilize multiple channels,improve the mechanism of cultural digital development,and achieve cultural revitalization.
