Research on the optimization path of rural governance under the background of comprehensive rural revitalization——Taking Caiwan Town of Guangxi as an example
The rural revitalization strategy is an important guide for the national modernization construction put forward by the party on the premise of fully grasping the basic national conditions of our country.Rural areas across the country have begun to actively explore the road to revitalization.Under the leadership of the local government,Caiwan Town in Guangxi has developed characteristic tourism and ecological agriculture based on unique green ecology,red sites and other resources,which has promoted the construction of new countryside and promoted the growth of local farmers'income.However,through the investigation of the governance model in the process of rural construction in Caiwan Town,it is found that there are still some problems,such as weak governance body,imperfect operation mechanism of grass-roots party organizations and shortage of talents.It is necessary to improve the leadership ability of the main body of grassroots governance in Caiwan Town,improve the operation mechanism of grassroots party organizations and introduce new talents to the outside world,and finally form a more effective governance pattern to promote the better development of rural industries in Caiwan Town.
