Study on the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and influencing factors of agricultural and rural modernization development level in underdeveloped areas
Agricultural and rural modernization is an indispensable part of China's modernization, especially for the less developed areas, promoting their agricultural and rural development is of great significance to achieve rural revitalization. Therefore, this paper takes Yunnan,a less developed province in western China,as the research object, and analyzes the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics, internal constraints and external driving factors of agricultural and rural modernization development in the province with the help of spatial metrology and obstacle degree models. The results show that the modernization level of agriculture and rural areas in Yunnan has a steady increasing trend over time, and the development level of each region is positively correlated with each other in space. The obstacle factors change over time, from the density of highway network to health and medical conditions, the level of cultural construction, the number of scientific and technological personnel, and then to the income of rural tourism; The level of financial investment and scientific research has a significant positive spatial spillover to agricultural and rural modernization in Yunnan, while the level of economic development and the proportion of grain seeding have a negative spatial spillover. Therefore, efforts should be made to narrow the development gap between different regions, increase basic investment in rural medical care, culture, scientific and technological personnel, pay attention to the coordinated development of industries, and strengthen regional cooperation and complementarity.
