Research on the cultivation measures of agricultural innovation and entrepreneurship talents in the context of rural revitalization strategy
Based on the current situation of the cultivation of agricultural innovative and entrepreneurial talents,it is found that there are some shortcomings:the cultivation of agricultural talents in colleges and universities does not meet the needs of implementing the rural revitalization strategy;rural insufficient efforts in cultivating innovation and entrepreneurial talents in agriculture;the training model of agricultural science and technology talents in colleges and universities is not innovative enough.In order to promote the efficient implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and provide more high-quality talents for the development of rural areas,after exploration and analysis,the training measures for agricultural innovation and entrepreneurship talents for rural revitalization were sorted out.
