乡村振兴背景下农村实用人才培养模式构建与实践——以定西市为例

农村实用人才是实施乡村振兴战略的骨干力量.农村青壮年外流、人才总量不足、质量不高、结构不优、效率低下是乡村人才振兴的短板,亦是实施乡村振兴战略的瓶颈,亟待解决.本文认真分析定西市农村实用人才发展现状,有针对性地从培养体系建设、培养对象遴选、培养方式创新、保障体系建设等方面进行实践研究,总结出"四位一体"农村实用人才分级联合培养模式,有效提升了培养效率和质量,为培养一批技艺精湛、扎根农村、热爱乡村、服务振兴的农村实用人才队伍奠定了坚实基础.
Construction and practice of rural practical talent training model under the background of rural revitalization——An example of Dingxi city
Rural practical talents are the backbone force in implementing the rural revitalization strategy.The outflow of young and middle-aged people from rural areas,insufficient total talent,low quality,poor structure,and low efficiency are also shortcomings in rural talent revitalization and bottlenecks in implementing rural revitalization strategies,which urgently need to be addressed.The paper carefully analyzes the current situation of the development of practical talents in rural areas of Dingxi,conducts targeted practical research from the construction of training systems,selection of training objects,innovation of training methods,and construction of guarantee systems,and summarizes the"four in one"graded joint training model for practical talents in rural areas,which effectively improves the efficiency and quality of training,and aims to cultivate a group of skilled,rooted,and passionate rural talents.The rural practical talent team that serves the revitalization has laid a solid foundation.
