Exploring the practical path of rural talent revitalisation under the perspective of rural revitalisation
Rural revitalisation,talent first.Talent revitalisation is an important support for rural revitalisation,and it is also the key to the implementation of the general requirements of rural revitalisation,namely,"prosperous industries,ecological livability,civilised countryside,effective governance,and affluent living".In the new era,the revitalisation of talents throughout the entire process of rural revitalisation work has become an indispensable major initiative to promote the modernisation of agriculture and rural areas.This paper mainly focuses on the current rural revitalisation context of rural talent development environment needs to be improved,rural talent training efforts are insufficient and rural talent incentives and safeguard system is not sound and other aspects of the problem of in-depth analysis,and put forward the corresponding practice path,in order to help rural revitalisation,accelerate the pace of modernisation of agriculture and rural areas.
