摘要
乡村振兴战略是党的十九大作出的重大决策部署,是新时代做好"三农"工作的总抓手.党的二十大报告指出,要全面推进乡村振兴.乡村振兴战略是破除城乡二元结构、补齐农村短板、缩小城乡差距的关键.本文深入分析了山丹县大马营镇实施乡村振兴的现状、具体做法及存在问题,提出了培育发展乡村特色产业、建设生态宜居乡村、重塑乡风文明、构建新型乡村治理体系、拓宽渠道增加收入等对策建议.
Abstract
The rural revitalization strategy is a major decision made by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and it is the general starting point for doing a good job in the"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"work in the new era.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to comprehensively promote rural revitalization.The rural revitalization strategy is the key to breaking the dual structure of urban and rural areas,making up for the shortcomings of rural areas,and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas.This paper deeply analyzes the current situation,specific practices and existing problems of rural revitalization in Damaying town,Shandan county,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as cultivating and developing rural characteristic industries building ecologically livable villages,reshaping rural customs and civilization,building a new rural governance system,and broadening channels to increase income.
