In areas with frequent natural disasters,the instability of food production increases.Agricultural insurance,as an important stabilizer in agricultural production,has a complete system,but farmers'willingness to participate in insurance is still low.Therefore,this paper tries to take Huining County as the research area and the local big grain growers as the research object,and firstly establish the evaluation index system of the implementation effect of agricultural insurance in Huining County to understand the implementation effect of agricultural insurance in Huining County.Secondly,according to the comprehensive evaluation score,Tobit regression model is further used to find out the factors affecting the implementation effect of agricultural insurance,in order to provide certain practical reference for Huining County and other similar areas to better promote the implementation of agricultural insurance.
