Analysis on the dilemma and countermeasures of agricultural modernization in hilly areas of sichuan province
Agricultural modernization is an inevitable requirement for the development of Chinese path to modernization.The hilly areas of Sichuan are the key and difficult areas for the modernization of Chinese style agriculture.In the current process of agricultural modernization transformation in the hilly areas of Sichuan,there are difficulties such as a decrease in the quantity and quality of arable land,low levels of agricultural mechanization and technology,shortage of agricultural talents,low level of agricultural management,and inadequate implementation of agricultural policies.The process of agricultural modernization is slow.The hilly areas of Sichuan should adhere to coordinated development,strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure,improve the level of agricultural mechanization and technology,strengthen the construction of agricultural talent teams,improve agricultural management levels,and promote the implementation of agricultural policies in order to continuously achieve agricultural quality and efficiency improvement and increase farmers'income,and promote rural revitalization through agricultural modernization.
