The impact of organizational embeddedness on farmers'green technology adoption behavior
Organizational embedding plays an important role in promoting the adoption of green technologies by farmers,effectively promoting the high-quality development of green agriculture.Based on the data of 1 203 rice farmers in Hunan province,this study empirically analyzed the impact of organizational embedment on farmers'green technology adoption with the help of Probit model and PSM model.The study showed that organizational embedment significantly improve farmers'green technology adoption,and the conclusion remains valid after model conversion.In addition,the study also finds that farmers'marital status,education level,health status,family income and rice planting area significantly promote the adoption of green technology by farmers,and farmers'age,whether they have part-time jobs and risk preference significantly inhibit the adoption of green technology by farmers.Therefore,we should strengthen the construction of farmers'professional cooperatives,innovate the mode of farmers'cooperatives,promote the adoption of green technologies by farmers,and effectively promote the high-quality development of agriculture.
