After the completion of highways,quality problems such as cracks often occur due to vehicle loads and external natural factors,which are also the key issues to be addressed in maintenance management work.At present,the rural road maintenance and management work has not yet achieved the expected goals.This article explores the important role of rural road maintenance and management work,analyzes the current development status of rural road maintenance and management work in terms of organizational structure,fund investment,and team building,and proposes targeted solutions based on the problems existing in the management mechanism,ideological concepts,maintenance fund investment,and team building of rural road maintenance and management work.
