摘要
本文从《甘肃现代寒旱农业高质量发展研究》(杨肃昌,陈潇湘)一书给出的寒旱农业定义出发,结合书中提出的研究方法和思路,深入分析甘肃农垦现代农业发展现状和面临的问题,并从发掘新质生产力角度提出了甘肃农垦高质量发展的实施路径.
Abstract
This article starts from the definition of cold and drought agriculture given in the book"Research on high quality development of modern cold and drought agriculture in Gansu"(Yang Suchang,Chen Xiaoxiang),and combines the research methods and ideas proposed in the book to deeply analyze the current situation and problems of modern agriculture development in Gansu's agricultural reclamation.From the perspective of exploring new quality productivity,it proposes an implementation path for the high-quality development of Gansu's agricultural reclamation.
