摘要
天水作为历史文化名城,中华民族的重要发祥地之一,历史悠久,文化灿烂,非物质文化遗产也丰富多样.在乡村振兴的大背景下,天水市积极探索非遗发展的新路径,采取建立非遗工坊、举办特色活动等措施,促进文旅深度融合,通过保护非物质文化遗产来助力乡村振兴,但还存在人才基础薄弱、文化主角缺位、非遗价值重视不够、产品品牌影响力不足等问题,本文从维护传统文化整体保护、培养新型专业人才、培育优秀非遗工坊及非遗展示平台等方面探索实践路径,进而提出保护传统文化、弘扬传统手工技艺、加强整体性和生产性保护等对策.
Abstract
Tianshui,as a famous historical and cultural city,it is one of the important birthplace of the Chinese nation,has a long history,splendid culture and rich and diverse intangible cultural heritage.In the context of rural revitalization,Tianshui actively explores new paths for the development of intangible cultural heritage,establishes intangible cultural heritage workshops,holds characteristic activities and other measures to promote the deep integration of cultural and tourism,and makes efforts to help rural revitalization through the protection of intangible cultural heritage.However,there are still problems such as weak talent base,lack of cultural leading roles,insufficient attention to intangible cultural heritage value,and insufficient influence of product brands.The exploration and practice path of maintaining the overall protection of traditional culture,cultivating new professional talents,cultivating excellent intangible cultural heritage workshops and display platforms is proposed,and countermeasures such as protecting traditional culture,promoting traditional handicraft skills,and strengthening holistic and productive protection are proposed.
