Research on the efficiency improvement of rural public cultural services under the background of rural revitalization
The improvement of the efficiency of rural public cultural services has always been a difficult problem faced by the academic and practical circles.With the continuous promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,it provides an external push for the improvement of the efficiency of rural public cultural services.However,from the practical point of view,there are difficulties in the management system,digital construction,talent and evaluation system,which seriously restricts the improvement of the efficiency of rural public cultural services.Accordingly,the paper holds that corresponding strategies should be taken to improve the efficiency of rural public cultural services from the aspects of management and operation mechanism,digital construction,talent team construction and evaluation system,so as to provide intellectual support for promoting the rural revitalization strategy,and constantly meet the spiritual and cultural needs of rural people.
