Research on the path of social organizations participating in rural digital governance
In the construction of"digital China",the construction of digital villages occupies a central position.Digital technology has penetrated into all aspects of rural governance,reshaping the key elements of rural governance and promoting the transformation of rural governance in the direction of digitalization.At present,China's rural areas are in the stage of transformation from tradition to modernization,and rural social organizations,as an emerging social force,have a crucial influence on the promotion of rural digital governance.In the process of promoting the transformation of the countryside to digitalization,modern social organizations have irreplaceable functions and values in building a social governance structure of common construction,common governance and sharing,which plays a vital role in the digital governance of rural areas and promoting the digital transformation of rural areas.At present,the main challenges faced by rural social organizations in the process of participating in rural digital governance are the insufficient capacity of public participation in rural digital governance;the system in rural digital governance is not yet sound;the initiative and enthusiasm of social organizations to participate in rural digital governance are not fully reflected,resulting in the inability to form a synergistic rural digital governance force.Therefore,it is necessary to build a long-term mechanism for rural social organizations to participate in digital rural governance by strengthening the government's leadership,cultivating new types of farmers and improving the capacity of grass-roots party organizations.
