摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的加快实施,我国乡村数字化治理水平有了一定提升.但目前我国在推进数字化乡村治理的过程中也出现了要素保障基础缺乏、数字化治理主体合力缺少以及专业的数字化治理人才短缺等问题.对此,应从技术、主体、政府、制度、人才等方面出发,不断整合资源、鼓励各方主体参与,并完善相应机制,从而构建起要素保障基础,形成数字化治理的主体合力,培养出专业的数字化治理人才.
Abstract
With the accelerated implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the level of rural digital governance in China has been improved to a certain extent.However,at present,in the process of promoting digital rural governance in China,there are also problems such as lack of element guarantee foundation,lack of joint efforts of digital governance subjects and shortage of professional digital governance talents.In this regard,we should start from the aspects of technology,subject,government,system and talent,constantly integrate resources,encourage the participation of all parties,and improve the corresponding mechanism.Thus,the foundation of element guarantee is built,the main force of digital governance is formed,and professional digital governance talents are trained.
