建设数字乡村既是乡村振兴的战略方向,也是建设数字中国的重要内容.然而,数字乡村建设仍面临主体动力不足、基础设施建设薄弱、联动发展效率低、数字治理能力缺乏等现实困境,可以从提升数字素养、强化乡村信息基础设施建设、打造数字经济新业态、推动治理模式多元化方面探索数字乡村建设的优化路径.
Abstract
Building digital villages is both a strategic direction for rural revitalization and an important part of building a digital China.But focusing on the realistic dilemmas faced by the construction of the difficulties faced by digital rural construction,such as insufficient main power,weak infrastructure construction,inefficient linkage development,and lack of rural digital governance capacity,we can explore the optimal path from improving digital literacy,strengthening the construction of rural information infrastructure,creating new formats of digital economy,and promoting the diversification of governance models.
