摘要
本文主要概述了乡村振兴战略背景下高职院校通过满足职业农民技术等方面需求、设置专项课程教授实践技能、推动科技创新和转型升级等方式发挥高等职业教育的作用.通过列举教育与培训体系建设、职业发展和开拓、建立政策支持和保障机制等培育新型职业农民的路径,为乡村振兴背景下高职院校培养新型职业农民提供一些参考.
Abstract
This article mainly outlines the role of higher vocational education in meeting the technical and other needs of vocational farmers,providing practical skills through special courses,promoting technological innovation and transformation and upgrading under the background of rural revitalization strategy.By listing the construction of education and training systems,career development and exploration,and the establishment of policy support and guarantee mechanisms to cultivate new types of vocational farmers,this study provides some reference for the strategies and paths of vocational colleges to cultivate new types of vocational farmers in the context of rural revitalization.
