The growth bottlenecks and supporting strategies of new vocational farmers in Guizhou under the background of rural revitalization
With the development of agricultural modernization,the construction of rural talent team has been attracting attention.Because of the unique regionalism of Guizhou's agricultural development,the development of new professional farmers is representative to a certain extent.The new type of professional farmer is a person who has certain scientific and cultural accomplishment and necessary modern agricultural production and management technology,and specializes in agricultural production-related work in rural areas which is characterized by"love agriculture,understand technology and good management".Under the guidance of the rural revitalization strategy,the development of new professional farmers in Guizhou has achieved remarkable results and achievements,but there are still some bottlenecks,mainly reflected in the support policy is not landing,the cultivation system is not perfect and the occupation attraction is not strong.Based on this,this paper proposes the construction of a support system for new types of professional farmers.Implement cultivation projects and strengthen the implementation of supporting policies;innovate the cultivation mode and improve the training mechanism;create cultivating atmosphere and improve professional identity.
