摘要
农村女性是乡村社会的重要人力资源,对乡村振兴和产业发展具有重要的促进作用.当前部分地区针对农村女性技能培训存在未全面覆盖、培训项目不丰富、培训持续性偏短等诸多问题.通过研究酉阳县农村女性技能培训现状,深入分析其存在的问题,并提出对策和优化建议,为少数民族地区农村女性就业提供指导和建议,促进农村女性实现自我价值.
Abstract
Rural women are important human resources in rural society and play a crucial role in promoting rural revitalization and industrial development.Currently,there are many problems in some regions,such as incomplete coverage of skills training for rural women,insufficient training programs,and short training duration.By studying the current situation of skill training for rural women in Youyang County,analyzing its existing problems in depth,and proposing countermeasures and optimization suggestions,guidance and suggestions are provided for the employment of rural women in ethnic minority areas,promoting the realization of self-worth.
