SWOT analysis and development path based on human resource development perspective to promote rural industry revitalisation——Take Fuzhou city as an example
Talent is the key to rural revitalization.Strengthening the leadership of rural talents is an important support for the high-quality development of rural industries and an effective way to promote the modernisation of agriculture and rural areas.Based on the SWOT model,this paper analyzes the development foundation of rural human resource development in Fuzhou,the current problems and the opportunities and challenges,and further strategies and proposes the upgrading and development path to promote the revitalization of rural industries empowered by talents.
