摘要
乡村振兴,人才是关键.强化乡村人才引领,是推动农村产业高质量发展的重要支撑、推进农业农村现代化的有效途径.当前农村地区发展相对落后,基础设施建设较为薄弱,往往存在人才"招不来""留不住""上不去"的困境.因此,要强化乡村振兴人才支撑,加强乡村人才队伍建设,让更多有知识、有抱负、有担当的人才投身乡村振兴建设中.本文以福州市为例,基于SWOT模型分析福州市乡村人力资源开发的发展基础、存在问题及面临机遇挑战,并进一步探索提出人才赋能乡村产业振兴的路径.
Abstract
Talent is the key to rural revitalization.Strengthening the leadership of rural talents is an important support for the high-quality development of rural industries and an effective way to promote the modernisation of agriculture and rural areas.Based on the SWOT model,this paper analyzes the development foundation of rural human resource development in Fuzhou,the current problems and the opportunities and challenges,and further strategies and proposes the upgrading and development path to promote the revitalization of rural industries empowered by talents.
