The"return tide"of migrant workers has become an irresistible trend,and focusing on the future of returning migrant workers and promoting their employment and entrepreneurship has become a hot topic in addressing the current"the three issues of agriculture,the countryside and farmers".To facilitate the employment and entrepreneurship of migrant workers returning to their hometowns,this paper explores ways to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of migrant workers returning to the Sichuan revolutionary old district by analyzing their current situation and difficulties:facilitating the smooth transfer and continuation of social security for returning migrant workers;promoting the integrated development of industries to consolidate the industrial foundation of the old revolutionary areas;improving infrastructure construction and making up for the shortcomings of basic public services;innovating the employment and entrepreneurship training system to enhance the overall quality of returning migrant workers;increasing the protection of key factors to stimulate the entrepreneurial potential of returning migrant workers.
