特色农业助推乡村振兴的机理与实现路径研究——以四川省凉山州为例

摘要
本文以四川凉山州为研究对象,深入剖析了特色农业在推进乡村振兴过程中的实现路径与效果.特色农业的发展不仅带来了范围经济效应,促进了产业间的协同发展,还通过提升人力资本,增强了农户的专业能力和市场竞争力.同时,涓滴效应逐渐显现,特色农业的发展成果逐渐惠及广大农户,有效提升了他们的收入水平和生活质量.在此基础上,本文进一步提出加强人才培养和乡村基础设施建设的建议,通过提升农户的内生动力,激发乡村经济活力,推动凉山州经济的持续健康发展.这些措施的实施,将为凉山州的乡村振兴注入新的动力,促进农业产业的升级与转型,实现乡村经济的可持续发展.
Abstract
Taking Liangshan prefecture of Sichuan province as the research object,this paper provides an in-depth analysis of the realization path and effect of characteristic agriculture in the process of promoting rural revitalization.The development of featured agriculture not only brings the scope economic effect and promotes the synergistic development among industries,but also enhances the professional ability and market competitiveness of farmers by improving human capital.At the same time,the trickle-down effect has gradually appeared,and the development results of specialty agriculture have gradually benefited the majority of farmers,effectively improving their income level and quality of life.On this basis,this paper further puts forward the suggestions of strengthening talent training and rural infrastructure construction,which will stimulate the rural economic vitality and promote the sustained and healthy development of Liangshan Prefecture's economy by enhancing the endogenous motivation of farm households.The implementation of these measures will inject new impetus for rural revitalization in Liangshan Prefecture,promote the upgrading and transformation of the agricultural industry,and realize the sustainable development of the rural economy.
