Research on the difficulties and countermeasures of rural ecological governance from the perspective of rural revitalization
According to the overall arrangement of rural revitalization strategy,the fundamental way to solve the current three rural issues is to promote the modernization of eco-livable rural reform,and the only way to rural revitalization is to fully implement rural ecological governance.At present,there are some problems in the rural ecological environment governance in our country,such as the unsound legal system,the serious agricultural pollution,the single means of governance and the weak consciousness of farmers,some measures are put forward,such as perfecting the legislation and law enforcement system of rural ecological environmental governance,strengthening the prevention and control of pollution sources,constructing a systematic governance system with the participation of multiple subjects,strengthening the introduction of talents and the investment of capital and equipment,etc.,the aim is to constantly improve the rural ecological environment governance capacity and level,for the overall revitalization of rural areas and create a better countryside to lay a solid foundation.
