Research on the realistic path of environmental protection social organizations to participate in dual carbon governance
Dual carbon governance is an inevitable choice for China to cope with changes in economic development, and the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that it is necessary to coordinate carbon reduction and pollution reduction. In this context,it is of great significance to explore the practical path for environmental protection social organizations to participate in dual carbon governance to promote the collaborative management of environmental pollution.Based on this, this paper combines the current practical challenges faced by China's dual carbon governance and the analysis of the participation of environmental protection social organizations in the dual carbon governance, and finds that environmental protection social organizations at this stage have problems such as uneven organizational development, lack of collective action resources, professionalism to be improved, lack of organizational trust, and lack of supporting policies and regulations.Building a service brand of environmental protection social organizations and other realistic paths for environmental protection social organizations to participate in carbon governance aims to further provide a theoretical and scientific basis for the Chinese government to continue to promote sustainable development and help achieve the dual carbon goals.
