The leading role,work dilemma and path optimization of village cadres in rural revitalization
In the rural revitalization,the village cadres play an important leading role and fighting fortress role,and are an important force in the rural revitalization work.Grass-roots cadres play an important leading role in the planning of rural revitalization,the construction of grass-roots organizations,the improvement of infrastructure,the development of rural industries,education and training and the introduction of resources.Although it has achieved some results,it still faces difficulties in the work such as unclear distribution of powers and responsibilities,lack of development awareness,insufficient capital and human resources,and incomplete information.In order to alleviate these work difficulties,we can clarify the power and responsibilities;raise development consciousness,cultivate pioneering spirit;strive for financial support and explore diversified financing channels;strengthen talent introduction and training;establish an information sharing platform and collect information through multiple channels.
