中国数字乡村建设水平评价指标体系构建研究

摘要
国家相关政策的不断出台促使数字乡村建设在学术界得到不断关注,并成为当前重要的学术研究热点问题,其中基于科学性、数据可获得性来构建数字乡村评价指标体系,对开展数字乡村建设研究具有较大价值,也能够在一定程度上反映出乡村数字技术的应用水平.文章在对前期研究成果梳理的基础上,结合国家相关文件规划要求,从数字基础设施、数字产业发展和乡村数字生活等3个维度、选取21个明确指标,构建出适用于大部分地区开展数字乡村建设水平评价的指标体系,同时就其应用范围和数字收集难点进行阐述,并对后续具体选取研究对象开展相关研究提出具体建议.
Abstract
The continuous introduction of relevant national policies has prompted the construction of digital countryside to receive continuous attention in the academic circles and become an important academic research hot spot.Among them,the construction of digital countryside evaluation index system based on scientific and data availability has great value for the research of digital countryside construction,and can also reflect the application level of rural digital technology to a certain extent.Based on the review of previous research results and the planning requirements of relevant national documents,this paper selects 21 clear indicators from three dimensions,namely digital infrastructure,digital industry development and rural digital life,to construct an index system suitable for the evaluation of the level of digital village construction in most regions,and expounds its application scope and difficulties in digital collection.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to select the research object and carry out the related research.
