Research on the problems of high-quality agricultural development from the perspective of talent chain
Developing new productive forces is the only way to achieve high-quality agricultural development,with innovation as the core of the new productive forces.The talent chain is the key to achieving innovation.Based on the connotation and role of the talent chain,this paper analyzes the various aspects of the talent chain in agriculture.The research finds that the shortage of agricultural talents,the disconnection in agricultural talent cultivation,the lack of incentives and evaluation for agricultural talents,and the low willingness of employment in grassroots positions are the main obstacles to high-quality agricultural development.In response to these problems,this paper proposes relevant suggestions and recommendations in improving the mechanism for agricultural talent cultivation,optimizing policies for talent attraction and retention,improving the evaluation mechanism for talents,and strengthening ideological education to enhance the willingness of agricultural employment.
