Research on satisfaction evaluation of rural financial services in Linxia based on AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method
Under the current new situation,rural financial services have not only become a key content for implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,but also an important focus of the work of the Party and the Government,as well as a key initiative to promote the deep integration of urban and rural areas in China.Based on the field survey data,this paper adopts the method of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the satisfaction of rural financial services in Linxia from three aspects:financial service products,financial service software configuration and financial service hardware configuration.The evaluation results show that the satisfaction of rural financial services in Linxia is between general and relatively satisfied,at a low level.Based on the evaluation results,suggestions are put forward to accelerate the innovation of financial service products,improve the professional level of financial institution employees,and increase the construction of township financial service infrastructure.
