An exploration of tourism development ideas of characteristic ancient villages——Taking Xiaozhou Village in Guangzhou as an example
With its abundance of humanities tourism resources,Xiaozhou village can contribute to the preservation of its historical landscape,the promotion of Lingnan cultural heritage,the growth of a more sustainable local economy,and an improvement in the standard of living for its residents.This paper highlights that the local community should embrace the Lingnan culture as a specialty,continue to develop cultural and artistic tourism resources,cultivate professionals,and draw diverse main bodies to enter the industry in order to counteract the lack of competitiveness of its own tourism products,and promote the continuous development of rural tourism.
