Research on rural land circulation under the background of rural revitalization strategy——Take Malong District,Yunnan Province as an example
Land resources are an important carrier for implementing the rural revitalization strategy,a spatial carrier for farmers'production and life,and a core resource for enriching and increasing their income.Rural land circulation is related to the development of rural productivity and production relations,and is a key link to fully realize rural revitalization.This article takes the promotion of land circulation in Malong District of Qujing City as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the process of land circulation,such as unsmooth circulation information,imperfect risk prevention and control mechanism,insufficient cultivation of new business entities,irregular circulation,and corporate default and rent arrears.On this basis,it proposes targeted optimization measures from four dimensions:improving the land circulation market,standardizing the land circulation process,clarifying government functions,and safeguarding farmers'income.The purpose is to promote the legalization,orderliness,and standardization of rural land circulation in Malong District,with a view to providing valuable experience and reference for rural land circulation work in Malong District and even broader areas.
