摘要
农业保险是保障农业生产在自然灾害或事故中造成的经济损失得以补偿的方法,是分散农业风险、稳定国民经济的基础,更是构建农村产业体系的重点任务和发展地方优势特色产业、保障农民增收的兜底性举措.在乡村振兴背景下,武威市政策性农业保险持续快速发展,政策保障不断完善、政府支持力度不断加大、保险规模不断扩大,不断推动乡村振兴战略发展.
Abstract
Agricultural insurance is a way to compensate the economic losses caused by natural disasters or accidents in agricultural production.It is the basis to disperse agricultural risks and stabilize the national economy.It is also a key task to build rural industrial system and a backstop measure to develop local advantageous and characteristic industries to ensure farmers income.Under the background of rural revitalization,the policy agricultural insurance in Wuwei city has sustained and rapid development,with continuous improvement of policy guarantee,increasing government support and expanding insurance scale,continuously promoting the development of rural revitalization strategy.
