Similarities and differences in rural governance——Based on a comparative analysis of three villages in Ningxian
At the governance level,different villages under the jurisdiction of the same township not only face the same institutional background and policy implementation environment,but also have similar social cognition and traditional customs,which determines that the value pursuit of rural governance points to the two-way development of village material and spirit.The macro commonality of governance subjects is reflected in the township government,village committees,rural social organizations and village leaders.The way of governance tends to be"three governance integration",and it is the dual forces of"state-society"and"society-state"that maintain the village order.However,the macro background of the same township cannot completely cover up the differences of different villages in the micro-governance level,which are reflected in the micro-subjects,objects,mechanisms and advantages.
