The generation dilemma and resolutioin path od local talents from the perspective of rural revitalization
To achieve rural revitalization,talent revitalization is the key.Local talents play an important leading role in rural areas,and are an important talent support for rural revitalization.How to stimulate the endogenous motivation of local talents in rural areas has become the key to solving the problem of rural revitalization.In order to cultivate a truly rooted and service-oriented local talent team in rural areas,this article adopts the research method of field investigation based on the study of Enshi Prefecture in Hubei Province.It systematically elaborates on the difficulties faced by local talent cultivation,such as a small total number of talents,an incomplete training mechanism,and a lack of collective identity among villagers.Effective solutions are proposed from both external intervention and the talent itself,intended to solidify the foundation for the generation of local talents in rural areas from the source,activate the endogenous potential of local talents in rural areas,and inject talent vitality into rural revitalization.
