The reconstruction of rural community is proposed within the context of pursuing the goals of agricultural and rural modernization.It contains the vision of community members engaging in rural production and shaping a beautiful countryside life under the guidance of primary-level party and government organizations.The traditional rural community has declined,showing a new reality model,which is continuously going with the content of social relationship changes,the new composition of the subject structure,and the formation of the industrial structure.However,there are still difficulties in trust,mechanism,and resource operation in reality,which requires us to open up new areas,discover new quality factors,and make achievements in reshaping organizational structures,promoting mechanism shifts,and stimulating the vitality of resources,so as to gather the strength of rural communities and promote the realization of modernization goals.
