Research on the guarantee of farmers' seed retention rights under seed sterilization technology
Seed security is an important part of the development of modern agriculture,and farmers'seed retention right is an original right in farmers'reproduction activities,which enables farmers to use seeds for continued production in the coming year to reduce production costs.The development of seed sterilization technology has deprived farmers'right to retain seeds,which has caused a huge crisis in the actual exercise of this right and seriously damaged the rights of farmers.After inspecting the relevant countermeasures of other countries,some suggestions were put forward for the protection of farmers'seed retention rights in China according to China's national conditions and the actual situation in rural areas.It strives to provide solutions for the maintenance of farmers'seed retention rights under seed sterilization technology,eliminate the adverse effects of sterilization technology,and ensure the legal rights of farmers in China and national food security.
