摘要
本文以甘肃省生物多样性保护法治化为研究对象,深入探讨了甘肃省在生物多样性保护方面的法治化现状,针对甘肃省在生物多样性保护法治化过程中存在的问题,从生物多样性的法治化保护、体制机制层面的挑战以及公众参与的问题与挑战三个方面进行了深入剖析,提出了甘肃省生物多样性保护法治化的对策思考.
Abstract
Taking the legalization of biodiversity conservation in Gansu province as the research object,this paper explores the situation of legalization of biodiversity conservation in Gansu province.In view of the problems existing in the process of legalization of biodiversity protection,the countermeasures of biodiversity protection by law were put forward based on the analysis of biodiversity protection by law,the challenge of system and the problem and challenge of public participation.
