Frameworks,dilemmas and pathways:Thoughts on strengthening and innovating grassroots social governance in rural areas
With the comprehensive and in-depth promotion of agricultural and rural modernization under the rural revitalization strategy,rural grassroots social governance has ushered in new opportunities,but also faced new challenges and new problems.This paper uses the qualitative research method of national policy interpretation,theoretical literature analysis and practical experience summary to extract the core governance elements,and constructs an analytical framework of it for 5 levels:governance subject,governance mechanism,governance system,governance platform and governance goal.Based on this framework,this paper analyzes the current predicament and it causes of rural social governance,and proposes the path selection of strengthening and innovating it in view of the dilemma.
