摘要

通过对中高碳钢(45、65Mn)在酸轧UCM五机架连轧机组轧制过程中频繁发生 1#机架出口失稳断带原因分析,明确了断带发生的具体原因,并开展了UCM轧机二级模型控制参数优化试验.通过不断的模拟试验和现场实际生产试验,优化了中高碳钢轧制过程参数控制,实现了中高碳钢在UCM五机架连轧机组连续稳定轧制,并为后期更高强度钢带在UCM轧机的稳定轧制积累了经验,为冷轧新产品研发创造了有利条件.

Abstract

Through the analysis of the reasons for the frequent instability of the 1#rack outlet strip breakage of medium and high carbon steel(45,65Mn)in the rolling process of acid-rolled UCM five-stand continuous rolling mill,the specific rea-sons for the occurrence of strip breakage were identified,and the optimization test of the two-stage model control parameters of UCM mill was carried out.Through continuous simulation test and field actual production test,the rolling process param-eter control of medium and high carbon steel was optimized to realize the continuous and stable rolling of medium and high carbon steel in UCM five-stand continuous rolling mill,and accumulated experience for the stable rolling of higher strength steel strip in UCM mill in the later stage,and created a favorable condition for the development of new cold rolling products.
