悬浮磁化焙烧-弱磁选是酒钢集团选矿厂处理镜铁山式难选铁矿石的新工艺,该工艺于 2018 年应用于选矿厂,取得铁精矿品位 55%,回收率 86%的良好指标.但由于悬浮炉配套系统的不稳定,如磨矿粒度、压滤后精矿水分、泵及管道运输易堵塞等,影响悬浮炉的正常生产.主要探讨了悬浮炉配套工艺预先筛分、磨矿分级、磁选、浮选、过滤系统的设备对悬浮炉的影响.
Analysis of Supporting Technology and Facilities of Suspension Magnetization Roasting Technology in Jiusteel
Suspension magnetization roasting-low intensity magnetic separation is a new process for the treatment of Jingties-han type refractory iron ore in the concentrator of Jiusteel Group.The process was applied to the concentrator in 2018,and a good indicator of iron concentrate grade of 55%and recovery rate of 86%was obtained.However,due to the instability of the supporting system of the suspension furnace,such as the grinding particle size,concentrate moisture after filtration,and easy blockage of pump and pipeline transportation,the normal production of the suspension furnace is affected.This paper mainly discusses the influence of the equipment of the supporting process of suspension furnace pre-screening,grinding classification,magnetic separation,flotation and filtration system on the feeding of suspended furnace.
