高炉探尺是检测高炉料位的重要设备,是高炉布料作业的重要依据,探尺的可靠运行对高炉稳定运行有着重要意义.通过对酒钢炼铁厂 7#高炉探尺控制系统、控制模式等技术改造,解决了探尺运行控制系统缺陷、工作状态单一等问题,使探尺的工作更加流畅、顺行.
Abstract
Blast furnace feeler is an important equipment to detect the material level of blast furnace and an important basis for the distribution operation of blast furnace.The reliable operation of feeler is of great significance to the stable operation of blast furnace.The defects of the operating control system and the single working state of the operating control system of the feeler are solved through the technical transformation of the feeler control system and the control mode of the 7#blast furnace in the ironmaking plant of Jiusteel and the work of the feeler is more smooth and straight.
