直轧工艺下连铸机水口浸入深度数值模拟与应用

针对直轧工艺下 165 方断面连铸机生产实际,对高拉速小方坯直通型浸入式水口进行数值模拟,研究水口浸入深度对高拉速方坯连铸机结晶器内钢液流场、波动高度场的影响.在此基础上模拟计算四种浸入深度 140、115、90、65 mm,在高拉速工况确定,工作拉速稳定在 4.2 m/min,水口浸入深度为 90 mm 时,液面波动高度在4.44 mm左右,液面稳定.通过制作专用测量工具,生产验证后,铸坯质量统计表明,铸坯凹坑、夹渣等情况基本消除,铸坯表面质量缺陷较之前有了有效提高.
Numerical Simulation and Application of Immersion Depth of Continuous Casting Machine in Straight Rolling Process
According to the production practice of 165-square section continuous casting machine under the direct rolling process,the numerical simulation was carried out to study the influence of the depth of immersion on the steel flow field and fluctuation height field in the mold of high drawing speed billet continuous casting machine.On this basis,four kinds of im-mersion depths of 140,115,90 and 65 mm are simulated and calculated.When the working condition of high pulling speed is determined,the working pulling speed is stable at 4.2 m/min and the water inlet immersion depth is 90 mm,the liquid level fluctuation height is about 4.44 mm and the liquid level is stable.Through the production of special measuring tools,after production verification,the quality statistics of casting billet show that the pit and slag inclusion of casting billet are basically eliminated,and the surface quality defects of casting billet are effectively improved.
